Choice Eliminator — Terms of Service

Last updated: June 29, 2026

By installing or using the Choice Eliminator add-on ("the add-on"), you agree to these terms.

Use of the add-on

The add-on is provided to help you limit how many times each option of a Google Forms choice question can be selected. You are responsible for configuring it correctly and for the content of your forms and responses.

"As is" — no warranty

The add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Because Google Forms enforces limits only after a response is submitted, the add-on cannot guarantee that an option will never be selected beyond its limit (for example, two people may submit at nearly the same moment). You use the add-on at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the add-on, including over- or under-counted selections or missed sign-ups.

Availability and changes

The add-on may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. These terms may be revised; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
