Choice Eliminator ("the add-on") is a Google Forms editor add-on that lets a form owner limit how many times each option of a choice question may be selected. This policy explains what data the add-on accesses and how it is used.
All processing happens within Google Apps Script on Google's infrastructure, in the context of your own form. The add-on uses the data solely to enforce the limits you configure and to display usage counts in the sidebar.
forms.currentonly — read and modify the current form's
questions and options.script.container.ui — display the configuration sidebar.script.scriptapp — install the on-submit trigger that
enforces limits.script.send_mail — send the optional notification email to
you (only when enabled).Configuration and tallies remain in your form's Document Properties until you remove the add-on or clear them via the sidebar's "Turn off all" action. Uninstalling the add-on and deleting the form removes all associated data.
